Championing innovations in technology for the bathroom, Grohe and Reece Australia recently hosted guests in Melbourne for a night of design and delight.
In Melbourne last week guests were treated to a lovely night of food and design in celebration of German sanitary ware brand Grohe. Designers, developers and other industry folk made up the crowd, but the star of the event was Michael Seum, Grohe’s VP of Design. The Chicago native, who is now based in Düsseldorf, didn’t miss the opportunity to delight the crowd during a Q&A session.
Over an elegant three-course dinner, guests were regaled with insights into the company’s latest technologies – including a new water security system (think IoT for water). Michael also spoke about the brand’s creative process and its recent installation at the Salone del Mobile Milan. Stay tuned for our interview with Michael, which will be up on IndesignLive soon.
