Cultivating young Australian designers is key to Corporate Culture.
December 17th, 2009
Entries are now open to the Corporate Culture Design Journey – a competition that offers young Australian designers the chance to have their work produced and showcased in the esteemed showroom.
This year Corporate Culture are giving one designer the opportunity to create a new product range that will compliment the showroom’s existing range.
Following the design brief “a modern classic: the timber table”, designers have been asked to come up with a table that “fulfils the needs of both residential dining and commercial conference/boardroom table”.
The winning entry will be judged on its originality, aesthetics, functionality, alignment with the existing Corporate Culture collection, overall presentations and environmental considerations.
The winner will have their product prototyped and exhibited at Saturday in Design 2010, will travel to Copenhagen and have the opportunity to become the next designer to be supported by Corporate Culture.
Entries must be submitted by 31 January 2010.
