Amanda Talbot has produced a beautifully styled shoot for Habitus. Amanda was Associate Editor of Elle Decoration UK and Homes Editor on Livingetc magazine. She’s been consultant to icons such as IKEA, Ilse Crawford’s Studio Ilse, WGSN, worked across the New York Times and Vogue, and worked with Karl Lagerfeld, Marc Jacobs, John Galliano, Tom Dixon, Lenny Kravitz, Todd Oldham and Rachel Zoe. She was also a judge on Channel Nine’s Top Design, has a popular design blog SnOOp, and an interior design and lifestyle book Rethink: the way you live.
We are also extremely honoured to feature a long-form written contribution from Elizabeth Farrelly. Elizabeth is a Sydney Morning Herald columnist (http://www.smh.com.au/comment/by/Elizabeth-Farrelly), architecture PhD, former Sydney City Councillor, Adjunct Associate Professor of Architecture at the University of Sydney, author of Glenn Murcutt: Three Houses and Blubberland: the dangers of happiness and recipient of several international writing awards. Elizabeth has written an essay for Habitus #23, hitting the shelves on Thursday 27 March.
