The former executive managing director of Cushman and Wakefield will be leading Space Matrix in its next phase of evolution and growth.

Asia’s second largest interior design firm, Space Matrix, has hired Arsh Chaudhry as its new Global CEO. The former executive managing director of Cushman and Wakefield will lead the company in its next phase of evolution and growth as its continues to deliver design innovation and future-ready workplace solutions to its clients.

In his previous position as Executive Managing Director of Cushman and Wakefield, Chaudhry was responsible for the overall management and development of the firm’s business across Southeast Asia. His 18-year career with them has also seen him hold various regional roles in New York, San Francisco, New Delhi and Bangalore.
Chaudhry was nominated to the “Top 20 Next Generation of Leaders in Real Estate” in 2006 by Real Estate Forum, the New York-based leading global real estate business publication.
Chaudhry is a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), was on the Board of CoreNet Global’s Singapore Chapter and Co-Chair of the Property Committee for the American Chambers of Commerce in Singapore. He also speaks regularly at business forums and has authored/commented on various economic and real-estate trends in business newspapers and magazines.
