The latest seating systems from Rolf Benz demonstrate greater luxury and innovation.

We zoom in on highlights from the new Rolf Benz collection.

MIO sofa
MIO…
Designed by Norbert Beck, MIO is an exceeding comfortable sofa made from a highly prized natural new leather – now part of the Rolf Benz leather collection.
The new leather is dyed in a drum according to the traditional methods of the craft, which shows the natural characteristics of the hide. Only the best hides of cattle from Southern Germany are suitable to be processed this way.
The tanning and finishing of the leather are all carried out in Germany. The softness of the material is achieved by a particularly gentle finishing and extra-long milling time while the light wax coating that finishes the surface gives the sofa its ’vintage’ look and ensures that the leather becomes even more beautiful with use.
The range comprises numerous models for different combinations in the room, from traditional to novel and innovative layouts, including modern island arrangements.

PLURA sofa
PLURA…
PLURA by Norbert Beck has been designed for those who crave spontaneity and flexibility – the freedom to sit, relax or lie down exactly how you want to at any time of the day.
With very little effort, PLURA can be converted from a conventional sofa into other forms of seating.

To turn it into a high-backed chair, one simply raises the backrest; to turn it into a long chair, fold down the side section and the whole seat swings round to create exactly that.
A gas-pressurised spring enables PLURA to be tilted back smoothly to any angle, creating relaxing positions to suit individual needs. The sofa can even be used as a bed: one side section easily folds down enabling the user to lie across the sofa with the armrest serving as a comfortable ’pillow’.
