Aussie developer, SC Land, has won two coveted international residential development awards for Melbourne’s Hue building, at the 2008 CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Australian Property Developer, SC Land, has won two residential property awards for Hue, Melbourne, in the categories of Best Development and Best Apartment at the 2008 CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards.

This is a massive achievement for SC Land, with Hue being their first Melbourne development. A beautiful residential composition sitting elegantly within inner Richmond, Hue offers a new perspective on designer living, with elegant penthouses and townhouses within an urban renewal precinct.

The Hue development is a collaboration between Graham Burrows of Jackson Clements Burrows (JCB) and SC Land’s Director, Harvard Architecture Graduate, Lance Chu.

The CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2008 entrants were judged by a panel of European professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and the awards are unsurpassed by any other property awards.
