“The site; enex100 at 100 St Georges Terace is a 23 floor highrise Premium Grade Building with three levels of retail under the tower.
“The works for Apache Energy is well underway and it is expected that KBR fitout will start mid August.
“Both projects have distinct design detail to accommodate the specialised works that these two international companies undertake here in Australia.”

“On the existing Main Beach terraced and lawn landscaped hill side, only 50 m from breaking surf, a new contemporary skillion shaped Café Restaurant is under construction.
“The building’s main dining area faces the sensational ocean views from its hillside location, with large expanses of glass bi-folding doors that allow the dining volume to open to the beach.
“The use of energy efficient materials such as Metecnospan roofing together with large internal volumes, plus adequate roof overhangs that shade the western sun, will all provide for a design that creates a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.”

The one40william project (hero image) by Hassell will have 42,000 m2, including commercial offices, retail, food and entertainment tenancies. The energy efficient design has earned it a 5 Star Green Star rating. The project is expected to complete in early 2010.

HBO + EMTB are continuing construction on the Sinclair Knight Mertz (SKM) 8,000 m2 office space in the Durack Centre.

Following successful fit outs in Sydney and Brisbane for Chartered Secretaries Australia, the company has asked ODCM to Design & Manage their new office fit out in Perth. The 190-m2 project was due for completion in February 2009.

An expansion for Cooperative Bulk Handling (CBH) is in the works on Campbell Street, West Perth. Specialising in grain distribution, farming and mining, the 2,800-m2 revamp will feature open floor plans for a worker-friendly environment to be completed early 2010.
Smith Madden is expected to complete a new development for Specialist marine and subsea operations service provider, TS Marine, in May this year. The 800-m2 project will assist in the managing and service of large boats.
Total E & P is undergoing a 600-700 m2 expansion to their offices, following a refurbishment in 2008. The office space was designed to have a corporate motif and promote good work relationships. This project is to be completed in April 2009.

Trojan Horse Interiors are currently completing a fit-out for Prescott Securities in the newly refreshed WA Club on St George’s Terrace in Perth. The project was due to complete in February.
The company is also working on design concepts for a refurbishment of The Royal Aero Club of Western Australia in Jandakot, and a fit-out for IT company Ajilon in the Perth CBD.
