The Walter Read Reserve in Paddington is undergoing landscaping and redesign, to provide a new public park. The project is expected to be complete in May 2009. Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects have designed a three-storey office building on the Black Theatre Site. Featuring Aboriginal artwork on the external façade. Completed August 2008.
