DKO Architect’s Silverwater Resort gains four-and-a-half stars
November 2nd, 2007
Silverwater is the biggest project of its kind to hit regional Victoria and has just received a rating of four-and-a-half stars taking its place as a top tier residential property.
With 80% of the property sold already, and a further 34 apartments due to be released, property investor Brico have suitably invested time and money to ensure that the project is innovative in design, and environmental suitable to the region.
DKO Architects have embodied excellence in design, function and building execution in the project as the family resort exudes a community feel, laced with appeal.
The resort features restaurant, cocktail lounge, billiard and conference facilities, but the most visible architectural feat is a cascading waterfall in the pool area.
