Phoenix’s desire to continue to remain a technological force in a tapware context has ensured its products are of a consistently superb quality. Designed in state-of-the-art facilities, tested with in-house technologies and techniques, and manufactured from the world’s best components, every Phoenix creation not only performs with excellence but also provides sustainable, long-term solutions.
The 2021 iF World Design Guide named Phoenix as the fourth best company in Australia for product design, with Phoenix’s team of designers rated the second-best-in-house design team in the country. It underlines the quality of the brand, who continue to reinvent and innovate their operations in their quest for client satisfaction.
The Lexi MKII Collection, building on the first collection with a more elegant, refined approach, won Phoenix an additional Red Dot Award, as well as an iF Design Award in 2021. The slender profiled outlet and pin handle of the tap has been elongated and sits vertically, offering a more streamlined and complex engineering element, thus adding a touch of class to any bathroom they are set within.

“We are utterly un-compromising in our approach to design excellence. My brief to my team when designing a new collection usually revolves around the re-imagining of what is possible within design in our industry,” says Hoogendoorn.
“We are constantly improving our time to market for new collections so there is always something new to look forward to. The team started small, but as the company has grown we have been able to add talented people and state of the art technologies, which means our speed to market, while already unparalleled in the industry, is only going to improve.”
