Jaime Hayon continues to play with our expectations with his collection Showtime, now available at Living Edge.
February 7th, 2012
Inspired by classic MGM musicals, Jaime Hayon’s Showtime Collection for BD Barcelona Design is a playful series of pieces that explore the contrast between what is external and internal.
Organic forms and classic details appear simultaneously, the designer finding new ways to bring together elements that don’t normally match. The result is an elegant collection full of surprises.
A unique mix of materials – such as plastic and leather – gives an added element of quirkiness.
The Showtime Series forms part of the BD Barcelona Design range now available in Australia at Living Edge.
