Introducing Hunter Douglas Commercial Fabrics with Sanitized® hygiene function
November 2nd, 2009
Two new Australian-made fabrics, Baltic and Carnaby, have been added to the Hunter Douglas Commercial fabric range. These fabrics not only have a unique and elegant design, but have been treated with Sanitized® Antimicrobial Protection, which effectively reduces the development of bacteria, odour, fungi and dust mites, found in offices.
Genevieve Marshall, Marketing Manager, Hunter Douglas Commercial comments, “Importantly, this fabric protection is totally invisible and the Sanitizer treatments complement the DURAGUARD® Fabric Protector.
“Additionally, Baltic and Carnaby Fabrics have also been treated with DURAGUARD® Fabric Protector which effectively repels most stain causing agents,” concluded Genevieve.
Hunter Douglas Commercial Baltic Fabric has a strong textured contrast in the yarn, giving the fabric a look of depth and interest. Baltic Fabric was inspired from the classic linen-look but has been developed with a modern twist, perfect for use throughout your next contemporary project.
Carnaby Fabric was designed with understated style and elegance, perfect for use throughout office spaces and modern buildings.
Both Baltic and Carnaby Fabrics are available in 10 colour ways and can be manufactured in blinds up to 2.8M wide. They are available in Roller Blind, Roman Shade in 2,750mm or Panel Glide applications. The fabrics are 100% polyester and include both a matching translucent and blockout option, making them perfect for Dual Roller Blinds.
There are many Hunter Douglas Commercial fabrics that have been treated with Sanitized® Antimicrobial Protection, including PLAZA® Plus, Elements and Westcoast.
Hunter Douglas Commercial Window Coverings is committed to the environment and is a member of the Green Building Council of Australia.
