New kitchen technology from ILVE to whet the appetite.
January 13th, 2010
Say goodbye to burnt roasts and hello to perfectly cooked kitchen dinners.
The latest stainless steel ILVE built-in oven allows you to cook two roasts simultaneously whilst being able to heat up in less than eight minutes, saving valuable time in the kitchen.
Featuring the new Turbowave Quickstart technology, which brings the temperature up to 180°C in less than eight minutes, the built-in oven also offers fast and accurate variable temperature adjustment, from 0 to 250°C.
The oven is built to professional standards featuring a full internal grill system for large portions.
Set the temperature to between 0°C and 99°C and the automatic ILVE roasting probe and ILVE microprocessor will ensure the meat is perfectly tender.
