The recent Russian Standard Vodka Event Launch in Sydney featured a display by Caroline Choker and Natalie Longheon of The Artistry Events, with materials supplied by Allplastics Engineering.
April 18th, 2011
“Seeing the Ivy Penthouse transformed into a magnificent winter scene with touches of Moscow’s cosmopolitan nightlife… really impressed me,” said founder and chairman of Russian Standard Vodka, Roustam Tariko, in a recent interview.
The effect was achieved with a combination of EuroMir Acrylic Mirror sheet and Perspex Black 962 from Allplastics.
The Bear & Eagle logos were CNC routered, glued together, fixed to MDF sheeting to create the strip effected by engraving the sheet.
These were then mounted to floor to ceiling mirror sheets affixed to the wall, creating an illusion of spaciousness.
EuroMir is available through Allplastics in 15 different colours, and Perspex Frost is available in 22 colours.
Allplastics provides a full fabrication and machining service.
