A family-owned Sydney business is taking design to the taste buds.
August 14th, 2008
Design permeates every aspect of living. It’s often easy to forget that we design our lives – through the clothes we wear, the furniture we use and even the things we eat.
Perfection Hand-Made Chocolates in Rose Bay, Sydney, is a family-owned business that designs chocolates and sweets as nice to look at as they are to eat.
John Kapos has run the company for the past 19 years and believes strongly that the design and shape of chocolates is as important as taste. “I love to create and design chocolates and sweets, from the packaging to the shape and taste of our products,” he says.
“What you can do with chocolate and confectionery is infinite, as is the imagination. There can never be enough varieties.”
