Craig Smart has been appointed as an associate architect at Plus Architecture, Melbourne
February 5th, 2008
Craig Smart began working for Plus Architecture in Melbourne after graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts and Architecture in 2000.
From 2001 to 2005, Craig worked on several of Melbourne’s newest developments such as the residential towers at NewQuay and the Docklands.
Craig worked with Idle Architecture Studio for a few years as Senior Project Architect before returning to Plus in 2007 to undertake the role as ‘Project Architect’ for The Waterfront – a $35 million hotel and apartment development on the Esplanade of Hervey Bay, which will be the tallest building in the region once completed.
The Plus Architecture team just keeps on getting stronger. Since its formation in 1997 as a side merger between SJB and Fender Katsolides, the team has proven to be a dynamic force in the Australian market.
Craig is joined in the associate ranks by Andromeda Hutchins, who has also been appointed.
