Join NAWIC for the annual International Women’s Day Scholarship Cocktail Party, where the winner of the 2012 NAWIC scholarship will be announced.
This year’s scholarship presents an opportunity for a woman in the construction industry to develop a research paper to be used as a positive instrument for change.
The scholarship valued at $5,500 is funded by the proceeds of an auction item donated by Corporate Culture.
Last year’s winner Natalie Myatt will present the findings of her scholarship research ’The Challenge: Linking Social Sustainability and Financial Value’ which involved developing a method to assess the financial return on social sustainability investments to enable managers to better plan, implement and communicate the value of their social spending.
