A Montblanc event welcomes the arrival of the acclaimed shopping bag sculptures to Sydney’s Martin Place

International luxury brand, Montblanc held a special launch event today (Wednesday, March 12) to welcome the arrival of The Montblanc Art Bags to Sydney’s Martin Place.
Internationally acclaimed singer and Montblanc Ambassador, Katherine Jenkins, performed at the event hosted by Sandra Sully.
The six massive shopping bag sculptures, measuring 3 x 2.2m, have been created by six of the worlds hottest contemporary artists for Montblanc- including David LaChapelle, Jean-Marc Bustamante, Sam Taylor-Wood, Silvey Fleury, Gary Hume, and Anne and Patrick Poirier – and have graced some of the worlds most famous boulevards including the Champs-Elysees and the Rockefeller Centre.
The designs will now delight shoppers in Martin Place until the 20th March.
