HBO+EMTB has announced the appointment of a Principal for its Workplace practice.

Joining HBO+EMTB from Gensler, Graeme Scannell has relocated from Shanghai to Sydney.
“Graeme is an outstanding design leader with a wealth of international experience. He has worked for major national and international clients in the UK, the Middle East, China, and Southern Africa,” explains HBO+EMTB managing director Kevin Fitzgerald.
“His portfolio encompasses a diverse range of commercial interior projects across the globe over a twenty year career. His strong creative organisational and communication skills enhance his value to clients. He excels at analysing, managing and delivering projects from design through to delivery and we are delighted he is joining us”, Mr Fitzgerald said.
