FDC and industry friends are once again involved in this year’s Melbourne Cup Day fundraising event at Doltone House on Tuesday 1 November.
September 7th, 2011
FDC love the Melbourne Cup, and they love doing things for a good cause, which is why they’re taking part in this year’s Melbourne Cup Day fundraiser.
Last year’s event went brilliantly, raising more than $50,000 for the Children’s Hospital (Westmead).
This year FDC have chosen to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Unit of the Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick. The response has already been amazing, with tickets all sold out and some great sponsors donating prizes and giving their support.
Those collaborating with FDC include Stylecraft, Thinking Ergonomix, i.e. studio, Pitcher Partners, Baratech Air Conditioning, Combined Plumbing Services, Omax Coatings, AGS Structural, Wizardry Imaging and Signs, Indesignlive and Habitus.
Here at Indesignlive we’re proud to be media partners for the event – let’s hope this year’s event matches and even beats last year’s results!
If you would like to contribute to this wonderful cause either by donating prizes for the auctions and/or by purchasing tickets, please contact Edwina Keighery of the Cystic Fibrosis Melbourne Cup Fundraiser on 02 8117 5130.
