Versatility is the name of the game in the latest elegant editions to the Minotti portfolio.
February 25th, 2014
Andersen by Rodolfo Dordoni is a versatile seating system derived from a single design idea. Its beauty lies in its balanced proportions, harmonious lines, and attention to detail from the inside out, all of which give this adaptable sofa the ability to shine in any setting – from minimal chic to the more decorative and traditional.
Andersen
Andersen floats above the floor on a slender pressure-cast metal base and elegant feet in pewter-coloured finish – an exclusive Minotti Studio shade. Thanks to the slight inclination of the seat and the inviting softness of its cushions, Andersen also provides the utmost comfort.
Andersen Line
The base hovers just above the floor, offering clean, uncluttered lines that accent the Andersen Line sofa’s formal yet versatile nature, making it equally at home in any of the fabrics from the exclusive Minotti collection.
Andersen Slim 103
Andersen Slim 103 features slimmer armrests placed at the same height as the seat back, and is crafted to accommodate any number of cushions placed to suit the whims of need or fancy. Out of seeming chaos arise free-form arrangements of striking effect. With its raised base and feet in pressure-cast aluminium with pewter-coloured finish and a single bench-seat cushion, Andersen Slim 103 offers graceful lines and spare dimensions for a visually light and comfortable effect.
Andersen Slim 90
Shown here is the quilted version of Andersen Slim 90
Andersen Slim sofas are also available in a version with seat depth trimmed to 90cm. This detail, along with the slim armrest, makes it possible to craft smaller pieces suited to lounges, waiting rooms, corporate offices and suites. Andersen Slim 90 features a single, smooth seat cushion and is available only with the raised frame.
Andersen Lovechair
Set apart by its unusual size and striking presence, the Andersen Lovechair is destined to play a leading role wherever it appears; and it looks equally inviting in all the exclusive fabrics and leather upholstery from the Minotti collection. The seat is lightly quilted. This piece can stand alone or pair amiably with the pouf of the same name and design DNA.
Andersen Paolina – Andersen Daybed
The Andersen Paolina Daybed features a raised frame with the typical pressure-cast aluminium feet in pewter-coloured finish, and a single seat cushion with a lightly quilted motif. Andersen Paolina is available in both 142cm and 170cm lengths.
