Tony Chan has rejoined Arup as Associate Principal of Cities and Planning (Southeast Asia team).
Tony was previously a founding member of Arup’s Planning, Development and Design team in Shanghai. He moves back to Arup from CPG Singapore.
He has a strong background of 19 years in sustainable urban development, and specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams to efficiently integrate master planning and urban design with infrastructure projects.
Andy Hodgson is now Arup Singapore’s Advisory Services Leader, and will provide strategic counsel to a range of clientele including developers, investors and government institutions.
He was previously Director and regional Transport Advisory Lead for Atkins Acuity in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
As the Advisory Services Leader at Arup, he will help clients across the region formulate infrastructure strategies, assess technical and commercial viability of investments, unlock enterprise value and set long term plans to achieve economic development aspirations.
Andrew Au has been appointed Executive Director for Eight Inc. in Asia Pacific. He will lead strategic partnerships and business-development efforts from the Singapore studio.
Andrew most recently held management positions at creative agencies Imagination and Fluid. Prior to agency life, he held senior marketing roles with The Economist Group and Fortune Magazine.

Brice Schneider has been appointed Partner and Design Director at Bo Steiber Lighting Design.
He has over 15 years multi-disciplinary design experience and extensive lighting design exposure and execution across a wide range of indoor and outdoor lighting projects. These include media facades, art exhibitions, listed buildings, hotels, malls, light shows and sports facilities.
He previously held positions as ACT Lighting Design (Brussels), Light Cibles (Singapore), Consuline Architetti Associati (Milan), Riccardo Blummer (Varese) and Vizona Ag (Basel).
