What happens when you combine a global leader in design and architecture materials with a world-class style master?
The result was one of the most inspiring events of the Milan design week. CORIAN® loves MISSONI was filled with personality, colour and imaginative spirit.
A visionary residential interior with kitchen, bath, living and dining areas expressing the design versatility of DuPont™ Corian® solid surfaces through the style of Missoni, the expo stood out like a sore thumb for all the right reasons. Open for viewing until July.

The titanic “Ball of Yarn” – a 2m diameter circular structure consisting of thin,
curved strips in twelve colours of DuPont™ Corian®.
A 3.7 metre long screen made with DuPont™ Corian® Glacier White surrounded the bedroom area, complemented by “Tiamat” round bed from the MissoniHome Collection. The backlit screen provided a fascinating backdrop to the room, creating interesting shadows across the ceiling.
The “Estelle” pattern was adopted in the two “PHC” cylindrical vanities by Boffi.
Designed by Rosita Missoni, the chandelier (above and below) featured an over-sized central white metallic cylinder with embedded LEDs, diffusing light down onto the suspended letters of “MISSONI”, made in DuPont™ Corian® Glacier Ice in varying sizes.
