Paddison’s appointment will strengthen the London studio’s capability to undertake major commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects based upon his wide-ranging experience of working in London, Hong Kong and Singapore over more than 20 years.
Among Paddison’s key projects are the 75,000 m2 campus development for Sina Weibo’s new HQ in Beijing; PwC’s 7 More London Riverside, London which was the first major (45,000m2) building in London to receive the BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ accolade, and 141 Bothwell Street, Glasgow – also for PwC – a BCO National Winner for the ‘Fit-Out of Workplace’ category; Deloitte’s New Street Square, a 25,000m2 new build fit-out as part of campus development and a 35,000m2 new build development for Ernst & Young, at 1 More London Riverside, both in London.
