Melbourne property developer, Kalex, has launched 166 Gertrude, a 26-apartment project in Fitzroy focused on larger, more liveable sized dwellings and are geared toward the owner-occupier.

In keeping with Kalex’s ethos of high-quality design and considered approach to inner-Melbourne living, 166 Gertrude will reflect the award-winning designs of Jackson Clements Burrows, producing resolved internal layouts and larger, highly specified apartments.
Bespoke design features are used throughout the apartments, with Kalex collaborating with some of Melbourne’s top suppliers including Rogerseller, Gaggenau and Great Dane Furniture.
