The 2009 Fringe Furniture exhibition is now open for registration. The 25 th Anniversary of the exhibition – part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival – will appropriately be themed SILVER.

The 2009 Fringe Furniture exhibition is now open for registration. The 25 th Anniversary of the exhibition – part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival – will appropriately be themed SILVER.

“For established designers, Fringe Furniture has become a yearly catalyst for experimentation providing a place to present new prototypes or explore ideas that are free from the restrictions of the commercial environment.” Emily Sexton, Creative Producer, Melbourne Fringe 2009.

This September will see the first edition of 4 Weeks of FreeDesigndom, which is basically a month-long celebration of creativity, innovation, fashion and design right in the heart of Holland. For this event the two Dutch cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht have combined forces and will host a great variety of internationally-oriented design and fashion events. Events that cater to the needs of design and fashion aficionados, industry and media professionals, as well as the general public.
