Fisher & Paykel’s award-winning 60cm Built-in Oven range offers a spectacular 77 litres of usable internal capacity. This capacity beats most 60cm ovens on the market and provides almost one-third more space than a traditional European oven.

Choose from five models offering from seven to up to 11 cooking functions – including ‘pastry bake’ and ‘rotisserie’ – to suit your culinary needs. Mode selection is wonderfully simple with a stylish interface of glowing red bezels to highlight user-friendly cooking symbols.

Across the range, Fisher & Paykel’s unique Active-Vent TM technology optimises performance, energy use and condensation management, so you can create moist roasts or crisp meringues. Take advantage of even temperatures in true multi-shelf cooking afforded by an extra-high cavity.

Like the perfect guest, the 60cm Built-in Oven cleans up after itself with a pyrolitic function in the OB60SL11 models. The non-pyrolytic OB60SL9 model has catalytic liners which break down residue during normal cooking – these are optional extras in the seven-function model too. The oven’s full extension shelves integrate with the shelf for quick and easy adjustment or removal.

For the finishing touch, there is a warming drawer to accompany this range. A white variant is available but otherwise models are finished in black, reflective glass and stainless steel in proportions that coordinate perfectly with Fisher & Paykel’s ‘designed-to-match’ kitchen family.
