Renowned Australian dance school, Brent St Studios, has a new home
November 29th, 2007
Working within the confines of heritage requirements and a tight deadline, KSA Projects have completed Fox Studios’ latest addition – Brent Street Studios dance facility.
Formally located in Alexandria, the famous dance school employed KSA to make the big move, resulting in a blend of heritage features and modern facilities, provisions for specific requirements and open spaces to maximise the building’s natural aspect.
As well as overcoming an eight-week time-frame, KSA Projects brought the project in at 40% below the initial costing, while accommodating three major design changes during construction.
KSA Projects also recently completed the design and construction of V-Club, a new fitness centre in Sydney – the first of 15 to be built around Australia.
