Standard Chartered Bank commissioned Woodhead to carry out the interior design for its relocation to two new premises in Singapore.
One of the largest workplace projects in Singapore, Woodhead’s involvement totals 625,000 sq ft and is located at Changi Business Park and Marina Bay Financial Centre.
In Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank currently occupies corporate real estate over 11 separate offices.
These disparate locations contribute to a number of inefficiencies within the Banks operations and difficulties in the ongoing management of their facilities.
The new Standard Chartered premises will encompass 3,450sqm at Changi Business Park and 2,000sqm Marina Bay Financial Centre, including a new flagship branch.
