Recently completed by development company Ashington, the development, CROSS+, is located in a landmark location besides the famous Coke sign in the centre of Kings Cross.
The building integrates not only premium strata office space, but houses an onsite hotel as well as a restaurant, Penny’s Lane.
Ashington’s executive director Craig Minahan says by incorporating the luxury Diamant Hotel into the development, smaller business operators have access to services usually reserved for blue-chip corporate companies.

The 16–level building also boasts a concierge service, and a business lounge/function centre. Designed to establish a new commercial typology, the building is a merge of domestic and commercial finishes.
Negotiations are currently under way for a bar on the mezzanine level, which is sure to attract substantial interest in the development considering its prime nightlife location.
