Ferrier Hodgson gets a new fitout in Harry Seidler’s landmark building

Located in Harry Seidler‘s architectural masterpiece, Grosvenor Place in Sydney Australia, the accountancy firm Ferrier Hodgson envisaged a classic redesign of their office.

Focused on functionality and durability, interior designer Andrew Cliffe of The World Is Round, was commissioned for the high profile project and saw the fitout completed in late 2006.

According to Cliffe, the brief from Ferrier Hodgson requested that the fitout represent their structured brand. As an independent advisory and restructuring advisor, it was important that the company’s brand new office reflects its ideals through its working environment.

The interior now exudes a stylish palette while the contemporary art collection adds a raw and provocative finish. The redesigned offices sitting on Level 13 of the famous formation boast harbour views and contemporary artworks interacting in communal spaces to stimulate inspiration.

The new environment uses stone tiles on the walls and flooring, black glass, timber veneer panelling and rich brown leathers to encourage a feeling of prosperity and old-world affluence.
