Premium Floors is an engineered wood flooring specialist, with a truly vertically integrated business model. Premium Floors’ own manufacturing facilities allow the entire process to be handled in house, from raw material sourcing through to the delivery of finished material, ensuring consistent product quality.

The team at Premium Floors work closely with architects, developers and builders to provide a unique design service, providing sampling at all steps in the design process and technical expertise. They offer a comprehensive range of stocked items, and also a custom design service to suit a project’s requirement.

A colour match service is available, as well as over 30 standard colours that come in a variety of different finishes including time-worn, distressed and brushed. Their lacquer contains SRT (Scratch Resistant Technology), so you can be confident that the floor will endure over time.

Premium Floors’ engineered wood flooring products contain 60 percent recycled content, and the timber is collected from sustainable sources. They can also supply all the underlays, trims and maintenance products needed to ensure your floor looks and performs at its best.

As the new headquarters for the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Atal Akshaya Urja Bhawan is the exemplification of sustainability. Heralded as India’s first net-positive building, this project expresses MNRE’s vision of integrating renewable energy systems and passive strategies to make them accessible and educative to the general public.

Atal Akshaya Urja Bhawan has created new paradigms for energy-conscious development in India and the design demonstrates the Ministry’s mission to help encourage future developments that incorporate such sustainable principles.
