Billi’s new range of taps and fonts include lever free, touchpad and remote operated
February 19th, 2013
In the early ’90s, Billi were the first to offer boiled and chilled filtered water from a single tap. Now, following close collaboration with architects, designers, consumers and staff, that single tap has been reborn in a clean new minimalist style, and with a whole range of options.
Billi’s new range of dual temperature taps start with the XL Levered Dispenser. This dispenses instant boiled or chilled filtered water using position sensitive levers. The operation is simple and clean, and Billi have chosen the XL Levered Dispenser as their new standard on all dual temperature drinking water systems.
For extreme sophistication, the XT Touch Dispenser is a lever free, button free, innovative design. In exceptionally clean style, it is operated solely by an easy-to-use touchpad, located at the top of the tap.
The XR Remote Dispenser is an equally clean lever free design, which also works using a touch pad operation panel. The exceptional benefit of the XR Remote Dispenser, however, is that the operation panel – rather than being on top of the tap, as with the XT Touch Dispenser – can be installed anywhere. This helps people whose specific needs might require ease of access, and provides an incredibly flexible range of options in terms of access and design.
Any of the above taps can be mounted anywhere – even without a sink – with the installation of Billi’s XI Drain Font. In keeping with the clean, modern styling of the new range, the XI Drain Font can be surface mounted or completely recessed into a bench top – offering the perfect solution for mounting away from a sink.
The new range is extremely user friendly – both for the workplace, and for the family. All of the tap options feature advanced safety features, including safety lock, splash free delivery and fully insulated construction, and the status of the Billi system can be seen from coloured indicator icons at a glance.
The new range of dispensers – including the Font – is available in bright chrome, brushed or black finishes. Their clean minimalism is sure to make a bold statement in your kitchen or bar.
