Re-thinking our conventional office solutions and creating efficient and long lasting answers, CSM present flexible, tailored solutions.
September 4th, 2013
CSM Office’s Australian designed, engineered and manufactured storage systems are creating more space and a stronger impact. Their high-density storage solutions increase flexibility and let the client’s personality play out across the product.
The design enables a reduced impression as one single 4-bay CSM Rolling Storage Unit can replace over 20 standard cabinets, saving over 50% of the interior footprint. The thoughtful design renders storage rooms unnecessary as the Rolling Storage can be placed into front of house applications with various facade options that blend in with the office, allowing for a highly efficient space saving storage solution.
Security and safety are both paramount, and the Australian-made PowerTrackTM Electronic Rolling Storage Unit is activated by a control panel and allows multiple security levels for individual users, enabling specific aisles to be easily zoned. The automated operating system works smoothly, and has advanced safety protection features, including optical sensors and resistance monitoring to ensure the safety of all operators and users of the unit.
Due to a businesses average tenancy lifecycle sitting at 5 – 7 years these days, CSM have created the Rolling Storage Unit so it can be relocated for churn easily and quickly, along with a 15 year warranty. Each unit is custom made, making endless possibilities for the exterior design of the unit – it can be tailored to specific colours, branding or a design reflecting the brand’s position and ethos. CSM have created a smart, versatile product, which is addressing many of modern businesses growing concerns.
