Baresque Studio Collection launches ‘Botanist’ benches and side tables by designers including Karim Rashid and Yves Behar.
September 17th, 2012
We could throw all sorts of lines at this one: ’new benchmark’, ’sitting pretty’, ’the bottom line’… the list goes on. But to do so would actually detract from the endearing simplicity of this collection of seats and tables from Baresque.

’Flora’ by Brandon Lynne
“Botanist” originated as a collection of benches with original motifs water cut into a slim aluminium profile for use indoor and out.

Yves Behar’s ’Pixel Burst’ Botanist Bench
High profile designers like Karim Rashid and Yves Behar were invited to create a unique treatment for their own model. Each designer in turn then elected a charity to receive a portion of their sales.

Simple concept, big impact, charming result.
An array of sizes, a rainbow of colours and now made locally under license by Baresque, the range can also be customised to incorporate a logo, specialist colour or re-scaled.
