The Bentley Cup Charity Polo Match will launch the company’s latest model to the Australian market.
October 27th, 2008
The ‘Bentley Cup’ Polo Charity Match on Sunday 16 November, raising money for Barnados Australia, will see the launch of their new 2009 Continental Flying Spur Speed. The 12-cylinder luxury car continues the success of Bentley’s Continental range of grand tourers.
The new model remains a statement of style and opulence with improvements to performance, driving and interiors. Using the same engine as the GT Speed the Continental Flying Spur Speed, the four-door 2.5 tonne machine can reach 100kmph in 4.8 seconds.
With new acoustic glass on side and rear windows and acoustic buffering within the body, the new Bentley also makes for a pretty quiet ride. The polo match will also play host to a number of other luxury vehicles from the Trivett group including Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, and Porche.
“We are dedicated to support Barnardos continue their work as the leading agency in Australia, providing adoption for babies and children who urgently need permanent, safe and loving families. The Bentley Cup is the first of a number of planned initiatives to support this worthwhile local charity,” says David Jackson, General Manager of Bentley Sydney.
