Timothy Oulton Projects has built a ‘small village’ for the company in southern China.

Timothy Oulton Projects has built a small village for the company’s design staff based in southern China.

The central building is a prototype prefabricated Passive House where circular houses using reclaimed bricks and other salvaged materials have been integrated into the existing Lychee Garden by project designer Simon Laws.
