Celebrating in style, iGuzzini pulled out all the stops for its recent client and staff party.
After a successful year and the festive season upon us, Italian lighting company iGuzzini recently hosted a stellar party atop Australia Square in Sydney.
O Bar, which looks out across the Sydney skyline, provided the perfect backdrop for the event. The event brought together 200+ guests, including those from interstate. Among the crowd were some very special guests including Pritzker-prize winning architect Glenn Murcutt AO and Massimiliano Guzzini, vice president of iGuzzini who joined the festivities from Italy.
O Bar catered delicious food, along with some favourite Italian cocktails such as Aperol spritz and espresso martinis ¬– keeping the Italian theme front and centre. Throughout the evening comedian Vince Sorrenti entertained guests with light-hearted comedy and emceeing.
Parts of the celebrations were off the back of iGuzzini’s successful launch of The Blade, which is the world’s smallest professional downlight and wall washer. The Blade has received many accolades in 2017, including Luminaire of the Year. This year also marked the launch of the Lingotto, a modern update to the Renzo Piano-designed classic.
