In 1952, two Danish craftsmen Jens Ærthøj Jensen and Tage Mølholm had a vision to create functional designer furniture at affordable prices. 60 years on and BoConcept has become Denmark’s most globally retailed furniture brand, remaining true to the heritage of Jensen and Mølholm while focusing on new designs, colours & styles.
Enjoying such a strong international presence through Europe, North America and Asia; their knowledge of design, service and high quality furniture are carried through in every store, with each outlet designed to inspire anyone with a desire for modern furniture.
One of BoConcept’s strongest competencies is customisation; BoConcept recognise customers have different needs and tastes and a new piece of furniture has to have a functionality that fits within individual requirements, therefore most of the furniture sold, is customised.
With so many options, BoConcept’s have embraced technology: their website offers an online furniture creator tool, where patrons can design and customise their furniture selections to see what they look like before ordering, the tool also allows the modelling of a complete floor plan, to test scale suitability and layouts.
A part of the BoConcept concept is offering customers the assistance they require. In store, experienced design consultants offer clients assistance at two interior decorating stations, where design advice can be offered and clients can see their furniture come alive via 3D planning tools and print outs. Additionally, at home consultations can be arranged for comprehensive design advice.
