The Liqueur table collection is the latest from Ross Didier – a sculpted and versatile table range with a strong, fluid aesthetic.The conical, dramatic and wide support bases are made using solid American oak and complemented with elliptical shaped tops in a broad selection of sizes. The liqueur table may be used as an elegant meeting bench, as an individual centrepiece dining table, or as a work desk with options to integrate power and data connection into the table top.
Ross Didier established his creative studio in 2000, evolving his family’s long manufacturing history with a unique approach to design.Didier’s work is underpinned by a strong philosophy that manufacturing, ideas and design are interwoven – an approach to designing he refers to as engineered art. Didier’s products have been procured by Nintendo, Microsoft, Westpac, Hewlett Packard, Google, Belconnen Arts Centre, Nomad restaurant in Sydney and the Australian Defence Force. Didier’s Elfin stools have been installed in Times Square, and his Tiller chairs are specified throughout the world. Obelisk sofas appear in the Denver Art Museum, and the Bombala lounge chairs outside the Sydney Opera House.
