New World Developments has announced the Eight Kwai Fong Serviced Apartments in Hong Kong, scheduled to open in August 2015.
July 17th, 2015
New World brought together a team of designers, artists and artisans to create a new artistic aesthetic for artisanal living in Happy Valley’s multicultural neighbourhood in Hong Kong.
Eight Kwai Fong falls under the company’s new branding of The Artisanal Movement, and will see residents enjoying a unique collection of handpicked iconic furniture, tableware, artefacts and art from artists and artisans from around the world.
A public courtyard in Eight Kwai Fong features ongoing displays of art works, driving home this idea of The Artisanal Movement. Currently, the courtyard features a Giant Bowler Hat Installation, which defines the bohemian urbanite who’ll visit Eigh Kwai Fong – a group of poetic, creative and cultured nomads, passionate about discovering the finest treasures and experiences from around the world.
An exquisite collection of contemporary and timeless tableware, ceramics and paintings from around the world will be displayed across the property’s ground floor, Collection Room, Hobby Room and Dining Room.
Scheduled to open August 2015, Eight Kwai Fong consists of 156 contemporary furnished residences comprised of 52 studios and 104 one-bedroom apartments across 31 stories. Situated on Kwai Fong Street, the building is within easy reach of business and shopping areas and just a few minutes’ drive from commercial districts.
The property’s 24-hour Elite Services provide an all-encompassing service through an initial enquiries and viewing appointments, to fine dining bookings and in-house catering.
