A new concept for the future of residential design

Simplistically elegant, energy efficient and maintenance free. The Millennium Home is reconfiguring the perception of human dwellings.
Climatological shifts, environmental corruption, severe weather and geological catastrophes. Our planet is changing and the bottom line is – according to designer Mark A Bendit – humans must evolve.
Re-thinking the design of existing dwellings, Indiana based Bendit has developed the concept of The Millennium Home with the objective of sustaining survivability, improving energy efficiency and reducing devastating infrastructure losses.
The Millennium-Home is a “modular-monolithic” and scalable by design. It incorporates unconventional hi-strength materials, reduces construction waste, and is aesthetically pleasing and efficient.
Stirred by a personal experience with a natural disaster, Bendit was motivated from a young age to make living in this world safer and more energy efficient.
