Intricate veins, cloudiness and fine variations form the characteristics of Maximum, a porcelain stoneware collection created with materials similar to quarry substances, ensuring its natural touch and feel.
June 4th, 2015
The Maximum collection by FIANDRE features high performance porcelain stoneware of desirable qualities: strength, lightweight, flexibility and ductility. In conjunction with the slab’s thinness (minimum 6mm), the collection offers designers and architects great versatility.

The first porcelain stoneware in the international market with a surface of 4.5 metres square per single slab, the Maximum collection broadens the range with large sizes: 300 x 150; 300 x 100 and 100 x 100 centimetres. Maximum is the only large format material that comes in a completely smooth finish. Taking it a notch further, the material is easy to install and maintain.

The light design and flexible sizes allow the range to be used for tables, ceilings, countertops, partitions, bespoke showers or wall applications in both indoor and outdoor, residential and commercial spaces. A case in point, the light weight of the individual slabs pose an advantage to yacht interiors, where the ductility of the material allows it to be rendered in curved format.
Armed with years of experience and a desire to experiment and innovate, FIANDRE is able to combine ceramic tradition and technology, its mindfulness for the environment and extensive research to create a new material that pushes the envelope in architecture and design.
