Cox Rayner’s top design collaboration due for completion mid-2008
January 17th, 2008
An exclusive $100 million luxury residential and marina development, Norman Reach is due for completion mid this year, located on the prestigious stretch of Brisbane River at Norman Park, directly opposite the Brisbane Powerhouse.
A collaboration between Cox Rayner Architects, Sydney based interior-design firm RLD and award winning landscape architects Gamble McKinnon Green, the new development has been formed by some of the best architects and designers in the country – setting a new benchmark for river-front community living.
Cox Rayner design director Jayson Blight said Norman Reach represented the best in contemporary design with a varied building typology integrated in a considered landscape.
“We have used a rich palette of materials to ensure these luxury homes have a sense of quality and craft,” Mr Blight said.
“These materials include travertine flooring, timber veneer ceilings, large expanses of glass, glass balustrades to stairs and balconies, half height split and smooth face block and stone kitchen tops.”
