Pearcedale Parade by CH Architects is a development of 88 residential apartments for people in need of affordable housing.

This multi-level apartment complex houses a variety of resident types and is zoned for appropriate separation.

Key elements of the brief were security, and communal indoor and outdoor spaces for residents.

The building’s facade is enlivened with a bright mix of colours.
