Silent Gliss (Collection)

In the early 1950s, Swiss engineer Alexander Weber revolutionised window furnishing products by creating the world’s first silent curtain track using nylon gliders and aluminium profiles.

This initial invention led to the foundation of Silent Gliss, which continues to produce window furnishing products for the retail and contract markets on projects large and small. With one eye on innovative design, Silent Gliss is leading the way in architectural trends, as well as using new technologies to constantly innovate. In particular, Silent Gliss if focused on environmental sustainability, including solar shading and energy efficiency.

Hand-drawn curtain tracks, cord-drawn curtain tracks, stage curtain tracks, motorised curtain tracks, panel glide systems, folding panels systems, roller blinds, black-out blind systems, solar control textiles, skylight shading systems and vertical blind systems.
