Architectus teams up with WilkinsonEyre

The Queensbridge Hotel Tower is a newly planned collaborative effort between Architectus and WilkinsonEyre.

Architectus has been selected to work with Britain’s WilkinsonEyre on the Crown Resorts and Schiavello proposed Queensbridge Hotel Tower project.

WilkinsonEyre has been revealed as the winner of the design contest for the proposed six-star hotel and residential tower located in Melbourne’s Southbank, and Architectus has been selected to work with WilkinsonEyre as Executive Architect.

Managing principal Matthew Smith said of the appointment, “We are very excited to be working with WilkinsonEyre who have a reputation for bold, beautiful and intelligent architecture.

“Architectus has a long history of working in collaboration with international partners and as a strong design practice we understand the specialist contribution required to deliver design excellence.”

The proposed Queensbridge Hotel Tower development remains subject to planning approval.
