For the second iteration of {small} bytes of happiness, Haworth and Sydney’s Dance Central have come together for a high energy, fun loving, virtual JAZZY-CISE class.
July 20th, 2020
{small} bytes of happiness has officially kicked off with the first of three sessions on Meditation, guided by Luke McLeod, last Wednesday. This Wednesday however, the focus shifts from the mind to the body as attendees enjoy a 30-minute dance class.
For this edition of {small} bytes Haworth have collaborated with Sydney dance studio, Dance Central, to offer one of its famed JAZZY-CISE classes taught by Bianca. High energy and 90s themed, the class offers easy to follow dance combos for attendees accompanied by an equally high energy playlist. “Your heart rate will rise, your smiles will widen and your muscles will feel a beautiful burn all over!”
Centrally located on Cleveland street in Sydney, on the Surry Hills/Redfern border, Dance Central caters to dancers young and old, experienced or just learning. Their classes in a wide range of dance styles – Hip Hop, Funk, Cuban Salsa, Bollywood, Jamaican Dancehall, Belly Dance, BreakDance, Reggaeton, Burlesque, Brazilian Samba, Afro-Fusion, Tahitian Dance and even Hula Hoop – has made them a much loved dance institution with a cult following across the city.
Tickets are completely free of charge but numbers are limited so registration is essential. Register below or find out more from the Facebook event page.
