Studio Dossier has collaborated with Partnering in Design to craft a unique interior space for a physiotherapy clinic in Sydney.

Studio Dossier worked in conjunction with a local designer Fi Thomas of Partnering in Design to supply seating and tables for Rozelle Physio Clinic.

The brief from the client was to refresh the practise and add a touch of contemporary urban design to the space while still presenting a professional clinical space. The furniture needed to take into consideration the possible physical limitations of clients, heavy traffic use as well as being interesting to look at.

In response to the brief, Studio Dossier introduced a slight industrial feel offset with splashes of colour with the Reece, Blake and Tilt tables and chairs from the Studio Dossier range.

The Reece Collection consists of a rounded seat shell on top of a sled, four leg or caster base. Studio Dossier choose a sled base in the reception area, and in a counselling room a combination of a caster base for the desk chair and sled base for the visitors.

The Blake Low Lounge, a relaxed seating option, was chosen to compliment the Reece in a reception space. Commercial grade fabrics for the upholstery was applied to the Reece and Blake chairs, which can be customised to suit a project’s requirements, and a black powder coat was chosen for the bases.

The polypropylene Tilt doubles up in the clinic as a stool as well as a storage cube in the client interface cubicles, and in the reception space it is used as a side table.
