Remix is leading the way in workplace health and well being by providing the end user with an experience like no other.
As task chairs go it’s not easy to choose just the correct one to stave off back pain and support the body during those hours of work in the office or at home, however with Formway’s Remix, the choice has been made easy. Remix is a chair of distinction that celebrates an unconventional mix of innovation and tradition in its design and the result is a new level of performance for the upholstered chair.
Everything that is required is incorporated within Remix as it combines traditional values with modern materials to present the best of both worlds. Remix brings dynamic movement to the conventional upholstered chair and that means more comfort and flexibility in a working life. As Remix is available in two models, Remix Task chair and Remix High Task chair, there is literally a comfortable seat for every body.
Remix features a Tandem Back that ensures immediate satisfaction and together with Flex Net Matrix™ technology there is resiliency and all-day support for the body with physical well being assured. The Flex Net Matrix™ is made from the same high-performance elastomer as the Be range, and this specially engineered material has been paired with a layer of cushioning for additional comfort.
Remix includes adjustable tilt tension, height variation and a three‐point tilt lock that provides a personalised fit to suit everyone, but perhaps the most vital and ingenious feature of Remix is the ability for the chair to move with the body in all directions. In our busy working lives we require great flexibility and Remix seamlessly accommodates the transition between movements and allows the user to sit in different postures with absolute ease.
Finding the correct chair is an imperative and the simple choice of using the best available helps ensure that the health and well being of users is prioritised. Remix offers all the benefits of an exceptional product as well as the design expertise of Formway, a company that provides superior products for the residential and commercial environments.
Formway was established in New Zealand in 1956 and has honed its craft well, developing a deep understanding for design gained through observation, consideration of human behaviour and of course decades of practical experience. The Formway studio is research-led and has designed products for some of the world’s most well known and innovative furniture brands. It is, however, Formway’s passion for people and design that underpins its ability to create original solutions that fulfil genuine user needs.
